Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service.
Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner.
Answer calls promptly when paged, and provide friendly, helpful service to customers who call.
Primary Job Functions:
-Shopping for customer orders using a computer and handheld device.
-Places merchandise in bags and cart in a neat, organized fashion.
-Provides carry-out services to customers, placing orders in vehicle using proper stacking techniques.
-Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment.
-Must be able to work shifts varying in length and times, including nights, weekends and holidays.
