Candidate must be very detail oriented, self-driven, organized and reliable.
This is a fast paced work environment and at times stressful due to high customer volume via phone or new orders.
Must possess ability to multi task and keep organized.
Monday through Friday schedule - Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word experience necessary - General office work (filing, copying, scanning) - Data Entry of new customer orders - Answer customer service calls and navigate system to answer their questions - Schedule orders with dispatcher - Document customer phone calls in system -Organize Paperwork for driver teams manifest for the next day.
-Contact customers over the phone or email to confirm their deliveries for the next day.
-Assisting Warehouse with Returns and return paperwork - Must have attention to detail and consistently oversee task at hand to improve efficiency of the task and ensure they are completed
