Uses salesmanship to increase check averages.
? Takes accurate orders from customers and accurately enters them in the POS System in a timely manner.
? Always writes down and then repeats customers' orders back to them for accuracy.
? Supports all Anchor Bar Loyalty Programs & Marketing Initiatives.
? Enters orders into POS and communicates with the kitchen and bartender regarding orders.
? Accurately inputs all drink and food orders.
Communicates effectively with all team members.
? Visually checks and verifies IDs to determine customers' legal age.
Upholds state and local liquor laws.
? Ensures all food and drinks served are within Anchor Bar standards of quality and freshness.
? Serves customers in a professional and courteous manner making recommendations when necessary.
? Provides teamwork and support to other team members.
Assists other servers and other team members whenever needed.
? Thanks customers as they are leaving.
? Informs the manager on duty of any customer needs or issues.
? Works as a team player with the Front of the House, Back of the House, Management Team and Owner(s).
