Responsibilities:
Serve food timely utilizing Bickford's process.
Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience.
Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickford's dishwashing procedure.
Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
Maintain dining room and dish machine area to meet Bickford's expectations for cleanliness.
Qualifications:
A Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one.
Exhibit a learner's Mindset.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
Competent in organizational, time management skills.
Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
