This location has a new shop with state-of-the-art equipment.
This position efficiently and accurately maintains the administration of service and scheduling, allowing the Service Manager to focus energies on the management of the operations.
No nights or weekends!
Responsibilities:
Processing work orders Invoicing Process Payables Customer Service Calls Appointments/scheduling Complete work orders Coordinate and update work schedule board Calculate costs for work orders Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1-3 years general office experience Basic accounting skills helpful but not required Prior automotive experience is helpful but not required Central States Bus Sales offers competitive salaries and a robust line of benefits for full-time employees including:
