Membership Sales Associates bring an overwhelmingly winning-attitude, work directly with customers to recommend car wash products and services to fit their needs.
Membership Sales Associates will act as the point-of-sale and help transact customers with purchases and sign-ups of monthly memberships and subscriptions.
Responsibilities:
Membership Sales Associates are responsible for greeting all customers in a positive, enthusiastic, professional manner while educating them on the carwash services available.
Aiding customer purchases, updating and configurating customer memberships, and following all position-specific procedures.
Membership Sales Associates will begin their training with the General Manager to enhance their product knowledge.
Individuals in this position can enjoy working indoors & outdoors at the pay-stations depending on the location's staffing needs.
Membership Sales Associates start at $15.
00 per hour and will earn individual daily and monthly commissions.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great customer service.
An energetic, competitive drive with a desire to rank amongst the top sales associate in the company.
Unwavering honesty and integrity.
Courteous and professional demeanor.
Prior experience in sales is preferred.
Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions, indoor and outdoor environments, with extreme temperature conditions.
Willingness to adapt easily to change as our products/services/promotions update frequently.
Ability to stand in an assigned work location, walk, and bend for long periods of time.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and weekends.
