Some accountabilities are as follows:
Conduct opening, monitoring, and closing duties of the pool:
Clean bathrooms and ensure supplies are stocked Check pool water pH level and report irregularities immediately Skim the pool to clean the surface Set up/take down umbrellas Straighten pool furniture Check pool passes as residents enter and ensure that everyone signs in Ensure the pool deck is kept clean of garbage and debris Water the plants on the pool deck Ensure all tools are put away when not in use Monitor behavior on the pool deck and in the pool and address any conduct violations Notate any service requests or needed supplies Report emergency service requests to the service manager or next available staff member immediately Life guard/CPR certifications not required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
