Have strong organizational skills, both written and verbal, in order to manage day-to-day tasks for your team members.
Responsibilities:
Manage the workflow of multiple orders types (from orders placed online, over the phone, or at our retail location) while ensuring each order is fulfilled efficiently and quickly.
Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and quickly by managing our fulfillment teams, ensuring each order is fulfilled in a timely manner, accurately tracking inventory on our website, communicating with our fulfillment teams daily throughout the day, managing multiple locations, and ensuring orders are picked up on time daily.
Help train new employees on how our company operates and how best to support their specific job responsibilities as we continue growing.
Work closely with other team members as needed during product launches or new product introductions as well as assisting other team members as needed during product launches or new product introductions as needed by our brand standards.
